In our first appointment, we will review the project scope, budget parameters and steps necessary to proceed such as the need for drawings and other relevant information. From there, initial conceptual designs and preliminary costs are developed around your criteria with our creative and helpful input. At this point, design and cost information is reviewed for your approval or revisions if necessary.
Upon approval, construction documents and schedule are produced, a final fixed-price proposal determined and building your dream begins.
