Traver Construction, founded in 1990, is a full service residential design build company committed to lasting customer satisfaction.

Specializing in whole house remodeling, fine additions, distinctive kitchens, bathrooms and exterior renovation, Traver Construction is built on a foundation of trust and reliability, based on the owner's core beliefs and adherence to The National Association of the Remodeling Industry's Code of Ethics.

NEIL BUBEL - CR, CRPM, UDCP
PRESIDENT and OWNER

Neil is the President of Traver Construction, where he has worked for over 10 years. He has worked in every capacity of the business over that time, including Project Manager and Estimator. Prior to joining Traver Construction, Neil was a project manager for Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas, where he is still an active volunteer. Neil has also served in various leadership positions of NARI North Texas, including President from 2020-2021. Neil is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2007.

DOUG TRAVER - MCR, CKBR
FOUNDER

With over 40 years experience and education in the design and construction industry, Doug has the vision, knowledge and unique ability to help fulfill your remodeling dreams. Doug graduated from The Ohio State University with a Degree in Architecture in 1974. Having a background in Architecture gives Doug the ability to look at your project and come up with creative solutions that work well with your home. An active past President of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Dallas chapter, he is also Dallas’ first Master Certified Remodeler (MCR). In addition, Doug is an active volunteer with Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas.

ARELY - DESIGN ASSISTANT

Arely Santana is a Design Assistant at Traver Construction Inc., where she helps develop 3D spaces, construction plans, specification packages and other design work.

She graduated from El Centro Community College, with a Technical Certificate in Interior Design. Before working at Traver Construction Inc. she interned with The Belladonna Group as a CAD/Rendering Assistant and worked two years as a Kitchen Cabinet Designer for Lowes.

She is also an active volunteer for Dwell with Dignity and Rebuilding Together North Texas.
