Lacking drive-up appeal, the owner of this 1959 home desired a façade update that would work with the existing stone and brick while developing a Texas hill country style. A variety of exterior elements, such as the entry door, windows, and gutters, were chosen for their Texas hill country association, Inside the home, walls were removed to create an open floor plan, and materials were selected to give the home a rustic, cozy feel.
