An Inviting Exterior

The owners of this 1972 mansard roofed home, weary of continual roof leaks and repairs, desired a façade update that would alter the flat roof design while making a bold and elegant statement.  The architect chose a French Eclectic style because of its dynamic beauty befitting of the site, a pitched roof design that eliminated the flat roof and its retrofit capability allowing architectural devices to be adapted to the existing structure. The enhanced entry provides a more inviting approach while details such as the use of brick and natural stone, wood corbels and cast stone augment the continuity of the French Eclectic style befitting of this home.
