With a previous contractor, I had a decent outcome, but the process was excruciating. Not the case with Traver Construction. They "know everything," deliver on time and on budget, and only employ the highest quality trades people. There were no short-cuts, and everything was done correctly the first time. We are still "pinching ourselves" over how smoothly and perfectly this job was executed! They listened to what we needed and wanted.
Our latest Traver Construction project was the master bath and closet. Looks great. Good architectural design advice as well a what makes sense financially to the project. Always good communication with Doug and Neil. They have also done a kitchen, 2 baths remodel, outdoor cabana, replaced some windows and complete house painting for us.
We have used Doug Traver and his team for two different projects, and have been so happy with both of them! They have high quality work, complete projects in a timely manner, and everyone was wonderful to work with. We will use them whenever we have any more remodeling projects in our home!
I cannot say too many positive things about Traver Construction. From day one, they have never been anything less of professional regarding all stages, from planning to completion. I have had experience with several other general contractors through the years, and can honestly say none of them operate equal to the standards of Traver Construction on any level.
Doug and his team did a great job tailoring the plan and executing on the plan to meet our objectives for the re-model project. Neil was our project manager and he ensured a smooth and seamless project through all of the different subs they used to complete the project on-time and on budget.
Traver Construction did a fantastic job on a whole house remodel. Their creativity, skill and knowledge created outstanding results. What they have done with our house has exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recomend them and will use them again for any future projects.
